As a member of the James family for many years, am overwhelmed with grief that Ron and Mary are gone. My love goes out to the wonderful family Ron and Mary produced as a gift to us all. On behalf of my sisters, Jennifer and Catherine, and myself, I'd like to thank you so much for your note and memories. I did see your note closer to the time you posted it, but now am better able to respond. I'm pleased you were able to see Mom during your most recent visit.She mentioned it to us. To Susan, Jennifer, Catherine and family, It was with much sadness that I read of Mary’s passing. I am one of Mary’s KGH Class of 61’ classmates. The year following graduation four of us lived together in a two floor apartment at 93 Clergy Street. We were in the second and third floors of the house. i have great memories of our time there. Mary was saving money to buy her trouseau as was Bev Hendry. Jessie was having a great ime dating lots of fellows and making the decision to become an airline stewardess in the U S and I was preparing for a 4 month trip with friends to the U K and Europe. We had fab parties too!! i’m so glad I was able to visit your mom last May when I was in Kingston. She was having a good day and we had a great chat. You all have my sincere sympathy. Please know that I am thinking of you at this very difficult time, especially given that both Mary and Ron have passed away so close to each other. Memories of happy family times will sustain you and be with you forever. Blessings to you.
