Lola and I were very sorry to see the notice of Ted's passing, yet uplifted by the account of his full, rich and productive life. His unassuming manner belied his gigantic stature in several fields of his endeavours. Alas, we are not likely to see his kind again. We extend our condolences to his family and to all who share our sense of loss.
