I am so glad I had a chance to share lunch with Sheila this summer, she was happy, bubbly and full of laughter. That's how I will forever remember her. She will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

My sincere condolences are extended to Malcolm and family on the passing of Sheila. She was a friend and a former co-worker at the Public Service Alliance of Canada. I also shared a great day with her in November, 2016 when we travelled to Ottawa to attend the PSAC's 50th Anniversary. It is truly a sad, sad time.
