My Mother always told me that when Janet was younger she did not like to play with dolls she would rather play road hockey with the boys. When she got older she did in fact play hockey as well as softball. She was very good at both. I remember going to her games and cheering her on. As kids we would get the neighbourhood together to play a game of softball. I would always have to run back to the house to ask my sister to play. Everyone wanted to have Janet on their team. One of my fondest memories of Janet is when i was about 10 or 11 years old. We would sit on the steps while our Mom was cooking dinner and I would do this silly thing with my mouth and talk in a silly way and she would laugh and laugh. It was so nice to see her laughing. I miss her and i am sorry that i did not tell her that i loved her and always will. Your sister forever and ever. Diane
