Samuel "Sam" Randolph Whitehead passed away peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. Beloved husband of Cheryl Whitehead (nee Kuhn). Cremation has taken place. If you so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation in memory of Sam. Arrangements entrusted to CATARAQUI CEMETERY AND FUNERAL SERVICES.
