Obituary of Robert Clark
Peacefully at KGH with family members at his side. Bob passed away at the age of 91. A veteran of WWII, Bob served in several countries in Europe and then at the completion of the war, returned to Kingston where he continued to work with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years, Bernice (nee Bell) and his brother, Douglas. Loving father of Robbie and Bernard (Michelle) and wonderful grandfather to Garrett and Saige. Bob will be greatly missed by his sister in-law, Pat Clark, cousin Betty Ann (Richard) Wilson, and his special friends of 65 years, Betty and Don Smeaton. The family would like to thank all of Bob’s wonderful friends and neighbours over the years. As per Bob’s request, a graveside service will be held at the Cataraqui Cemetery (927 Purdy’s Mill Road, Kingston) on Friday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the University Hospitals of Kingston Foundation (UHKF) or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
