Obituary of Phyllis Margaret Isbell

In the loving care of her family, Phyllis passed away in her home on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She had 86 wonderful years and pancreatic cancer took her a little too soon. She will be sadly missed by her children Cathy Rose (Jerry) and Sharon Isbell (Peter Mouncey) as well as her grandchildren Foster and Alison Rose, Charlotte, Clare and Carter Mouncey. She looked forward to being reunited with her husband, Don in the hereafter. She will be missed by her sister, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews, and her many friends. Phyllis and her family would like to extend sincere thanks to all the family and friends who provided so much support through the last months. Special thanks to Dr. Lawrence and her team at Clergy Medical, Dr. Ngo and the nurses of Saint Elizabeth, especially Macheala and Kourtney, for their palliative care. A family service will take place, followed by a celebration of life at a time when it is safe to gather. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in in Phyllis’ memory may be made to Partners in Mission Foodbank and St. Mark’s Anglican Church.
