Bonnie & Family .... I was saddened to read that Bob had passed on. I liked and respected him very much when we worked together at the Staff College those many years ago. He greeted everyone with a warm smile and an encouraging word and was always a trusted mentor to his students. And clearly, Bonnie, you were the love of his life.
