Obituary of Christine Frances Ludorf

Passed away suddenly at her retirement residence on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Predeceased by her husband, Peter (Major ret’d) in 2015, and her sister, Roselyn in 2022. She will be dearly missed by her sister, Mairi Mackenzie Guitar and her husband Denis, brother-in-law Doug Heys, and friends, and sorely missed by her sister-in-law Gudrun Ludorf-Weaver, and her children, Christopher Weaver, Jennifer Weaver, and Allison Weaver and their families.  

 

Christine was very proud of her Scottish heritage and her career in the Canadian Armed Forces.

 

As per Christine’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Cataraqui Cemetery, 927 Purdy’s Mill Road on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11:30 am, please meet at the cemetery office at 11:15 am to go in procession to the gravesite. Celebration of Life will follow at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd, from 12:00 - 2:00 pm.
