Passed away at Kingston General Hospital on Monday, April 15, 2024 at the age of 75.  Happily married for 56 years to her dear husband, the late Richard “Butch” (April 12, 2024).  Loving mother of Julie Knox (Mike) and Jeff (Michelle).  Proud grandma of Carson, Preston, Emerson and Annabelle.  Sister of Doris Peterkin-MacLean (Gordon, late Bob) and Cora “Tootie” Wilson (Ron).  Predeceased by her parents Ethel and John “Hap” Halligan; her sisters, June Fabbri (late Albert) and Joan Waller (Mike); her brother Sonny Halligan (Galiah “Gay”).  Barb will be remembered by her extended family and friends.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
