Bryan and I worked together. He was given an important task for resolution and did not have a clue where to start.. He told me later on, that he could not sleep because of the pressure put on him. Because of my experience, he shared the task with me. I did a little investigation myself and came up with the resolution. When I presented it to him. he looked at me. I told to send it to the ones who made the request. He said no! It was my idea and I should send it, which I did. I thought about this, Bryan could have sent it and take credit for it but he did not. This is the Bryan I remember. Not selfish, but a kind gentleman whom I learnt to respect. Bryan was also a Formula 1 fanatic. At one race which TSN was not televising, he encourage some staff members who were also Formula 1 fans to call TSN and complain. Many of us called TSN. I invited to come to my house one morning at 6am to look at a race on satellite. He arrived on time and we had lots of fun looking at the race. I remember there were different feeds from the satellite and when one feed went to commercial, he made me switch to the Japanese feed to look at the race. Of course we could not understand the Japanese commentators, but we understood what was going on. Bryan may you rest in peace my friend.

Bryan, the younger brother to Ron Brown, who I had the pleasure of working with early in my career, allowed me as an adult, to relive my childhood memories and hobbies of slot car racing, home-built slotcar racing tracks, motorsport, and model building. The fun motorpsort voyages to Mosport, Formula 1 Indianapolis and Mid Ohio remain vivid in my memory. The legacy of Team Kingston (Art and Bryan) versus Team Toronto (Ron and Barry) in the Canadian Lemans Racing Series (CLMRS) over the years were days of computer timed, fierce, slot car racing augmented with the consumption of good food and drink at the host track. Thanks Bryan. The checkered flag is all yours. R.I.P.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Bryan. He was a great source of boating information. We had several conversations about boating over the years. We last met Bryan at the Brown reunion at the Old Mill in Etobicoke. David & Mary

It's hard to believe the 'big guy' is gone. Joyce and I are deeply saddened and send our condolences to Elaine and all the family. I first met Bryan in 1969 as a co-op student at SDI in Toronto and we shared many good times. He took me sailing, probably in an Albacore, and he chided me many times over the years because I ripped a few 'tell tales' from his rigging, not knowing what they were. In 1986 we moved to Kingston and reconnected with Bryan at MOH. In later years, after retirement, we shared many fishing adventures and had a few spectacular hauls, including the 'bass massacre' on Big Rideau, and pike fishing on Loon Lake. Of course he won 'Le Plus Grand Poisson' weekend hosted by Bob and Renee. So sad to see him go. It was a joy to have known him.

Bryan, not only impacted my life over the last 30 years as a mentor and friend, but also the life of my son Kai as his Godfather. I will always think of the words of wisdom and guidance he always provided. First directing me to take a giant step and move to New York City, to his words last week to appreciate and enjoy each and every day.

Thank you Kevin! we sure had a lot of adventures over the years, from driving to NYC, NJ or CA to meet up with you & you here. Thank you for sharing your family with us. I'm very happy that you were able to visit last week, it gave him peace.
