Dear, Martha, Matthew, Andrew and extended family,
I want express my condolences to you on the passing of your wonderful mother/grandmother/great grandmother. I had the privilege of working with Dr Downey and Fran when your father stayed on as an associate to the dentist he sold the practice to in the mid 1980's. Fran looked after the financial books for Dr. Downey while I did assisting and reception work. Fran was always gracious and kind. After they both retired we would occasionally have a chance meeting and catch up on life. Eventually it would be just Fran I would see but she always asked about my mom who was only a few years her senior and my daughter. I in turn would learn about Fran's adventures and what was happening in the lives of her children and grand children. She loved and was so proud of each one of you. The earth has lost a treasure but heaven has gained an angel .
