My sincere condolences to Colin and the rest of Heather's family regarding her passing. She was a graceful, warm, intelligent and vibrant woman, and although I only knew her as an acquaintance in the Kingston arts community, I was always delighted to see her and thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Her engagement with life, learning and her community was palpable, and marked by an ever-present twinkle in her eye and a keen interest in the world around her. I will sincerely miss her, and can only imagine how deep this loss must be for those who who knew her so much more intimately than I. Sending warm wishes for peace, and the healing of beautiful remembrances.
