Obituary of Heather Roxanne Hulme

A beautiful angel has found her wings April 23, 2019Born August 6, 1943 in Kingston Ontario, Heather was the daughter of the Late William Moyse and Irene Moyse (Stevenson). She is survived by her loyal and loving husband of 56 years Frederick Hulme; Five daughters, Lori Hulme, Sheri Leadston (Jeff), Tracey Naysmith (John), Tammy Hulme and Chantelle Bennett (Jim). A brother Lynn Moyse (Connie) and three sisters; Holly Moyse (Wayne Gendron) Linda Smith (Barney) and Sandra Burton (Mark) as well as many nieces and nephews. Heather was a loving Grandmother to thirteen Grandchildren; Christopher, Jordan (Jessica), Scott, Noah, Connor, Scott (Miranda), Madeline, Joshua, Ian, Heather, Alec, Shaun and Andrew as well as five Great-Grandchildren Camden, Braxden, Lukas, Rohklin, and Willow. Heather loved children so much that instead of enjoying an empty nest she went on to provide foster care for seventy babies over the course of twenty-one years, only giving up fostering when an injury made it impossible. Her love and generosity will live on for many generations because of the lives she has touched. Heathers wishes were to keep things modest and personal so in keeping there will be a graveside service for family only, held on Saturday May 11, 2019 at Cataraqui Cemetery. Following the service a celebration of life will be held for family and friends at 2753 Princess Street beginning at 12:30pm. Heather raved about the wonderful care she received at Providence Care so In lieu of flowers, please make donations payable to UHKF (Providence Care Palliative Unit).
