Obituary of Angela Joan Watson

On Monday, July 21, 2014, Angela J. Watson’s (nee Maynard) twenty-one plus year battle with cancer ended. In the end, the disease overcame her body, but not her spirit. Angela was a loving and loyal wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend; she will be sadly missed by all. She was a graduate of St. Lawrence College, an employee of the City of Kingston, an avid reader, an artist, a photographer, a formidable pool player and a champion of fairness and equality. She leaves behind her husband Bill, children Blair (Tammy), Stacy (Joel), Lindsay and Jami (Matt); grandchildren Amelia and Ian, Sunny and Georgia; her brother Paul, niece Samantha, and grandniece Sindee. Angela was predeceased by her parents Bill and Evelyn (nee Campbell) Maynard. We would like to thank Angela’s many friends and family who through their deeds, well wishes and many acts of kindness helped to make her passing as peaceful as possible.
